I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facility is new and the rooms were very clean. The owner, Mr. Anton, was incredibly helpful and even picked me up from the airport. The location is very convenient, as it is very close to the airport and within walking distance to a great beach and the beautiful seaside. I felt safe and comfortable as a solo traveler. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped kitchenette in each room, including a fridge, microwave, kettle. There was also a supermarket nearby for convenience.

The property itself was immaculate, and the owner went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful, even providing us with excellent advice on taxis. We loved the spacious and inviting outdoor decking area, perfect for enjoying meals, drinks, and the sunshine. Additionally, the peaceful atmosphere made for a quiet and restful night. Lastly, we appreciated the beautiful village of Kaštel Lukšić, with its stunning views and architecture, making our stay even more memorable. Our host, Anton, was a wonderful person who showed us exceptional kindness, picking us up from and dropping us off at the airport without charging us. The new and clean rooms provided all the necessary amenities, and the bathroom was modern and well-stocked. The added bonus of a washing machine was greatly appreciated. The location was convenient, with a supermarket just a short walk away, and the room offered privacy and a tranquil environment. Anton even took the time to give us a tour of nearby restaurants and provide valuable information about boat trips. The terraces attached to each room were delightful, and the feeling of safety and comfort was unmatched, especially for solo travelers. The various pebbled beaches nearby were stunning, and although undeveloped, provided essential facilities like showers and toilets. Just remember to bring a pair of swimming shoes! We got excellent value for our money at Staysplitbay. The brand new apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a gorgeous bathroom and sun terrace. The location, just 2 minutes from the sea, was perfect. The owner was extremely accommodating and spoke excellent English. We particularly loved the local restaurants, with Odmor being our favorite, just a 20-minute walk away.

In terms of breakfast options, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety.
